Unit Two: Ideas & Opportunities for New Ventures (25 Hours)

In this unit, students will delve into invention and innovation, studying how entrepreneurs' breakthroughs benefit society. They'll learn about identifying and researching potential business opportunities, sharpening their ability to spot promising ventures.

The unit also focuses on the importance of strategic business planning in entrepreneurship. Students will understand the critical role of a comprehensive business plan as a roadmap for success in entrepreneurial ventures. This section of the course equips students with practical skills and knowledge, enabling them to confidently and proactively engage in the entrepreneurial world.

Unit Three: The Benefits of a Venture Plan (25 Hours)

In this unit, students will investigate market and competitive analysis, acquiring insights into market dynamics and the competitive landscape. They'll learn about the subtleties of marketing plans, focusing on strategic ways to effectively promote products or services. Additionally, the course emphasizes resource analysis, teaching how to evaluate and handle key resources for business operations.

Exam/RST-Rich Task Summative 20%- (8 hours)

Exam/RST-Final Exam 10% (8 hours)

This supervised exam accounts for 30% of the overall course grade.
